Dr Jenner’s House, Museum and Garden is located in the historic market town of Berkeley, at the heart of the beautiful Vale of Berkeley.
Why not combine your trip with a visit to our neighbours Berkeley Castle (separate admission applies) and St Mary’s Church? All are within walking distance of each other. Many of our visitors also enjoy walking into Berkeley, a former port town with many fine Georgian buildings. Those wishing to explore the town as Jenner would have known it can purchase a self-guided walking tour from the museum shop.
The surrounding area offers a wealth of days out and you might like to take a couple of days, or even longer, to explore. There is a guide to 48 hours in the Five Valleys and Severn Vale available here, or you might like to watch the video below to see more of what the area has to offer:
If you have any questions about how to make the most of a visit to Berkeley and the surrounding area, please get in touch.
