Valid Sunday - Wednesday 11am until 4pm (last entry at 3pm) and during the open season - we close from around late October through to late March each year.
Please bring your order confirmation with you as this acts as your ticket when booking online.
Tickets to Dr Jenner’s House include free, unlimited return visits for you for one year from your purchase date. Already have an annual ticket? It is very simple to return. Visit us on a day of your choosing, on arrival you will be asked to show your annual ticket and a form of ID so we know the ticket is yours. Then you can visit the Doctor.
Our booking system will ask if you would like to Gift Aid your ticket. If you are a UK taxpayer we would be extremely grateful if you opt for this as it enables our charity to claim an additional 25% of your ticket value from the government at no extra cost to you. It really makes a big difference.
